Let’s stand together for the victims of the floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia

Together, we will stand up for all the friends, acquaintances and strangers who have been left homeless, missing relatives and friends in the recent catastrophic floods, without animals, roads, villages and with poor opportunities for a decent life in the coming decade. With the funds raised, we want to help in the renovation of cultural and educational institutions, so that children and young people will be able to be re-educated and engaged in cultural and artistic activities as soon as possible.
The event will be hosted by Seku Mady Condé and Jerneja Podbevšek Zhembrovskyy. The main guests of the event will be eminent Slovenian poets, with whom one of the central contemporary Bosnian poets, Ahmed Burić, will talk. What do Esad Babačič, Svetlana Makarovič, Boris A. Novak and Feri Lainšček feel and write about water, its power for life and destruction? Musicians from four countries will call for help with their songs: Dado Topić, Oto Pestner, Sabina Cvilak, Zoran Simjanović, Tanja Bošković, Tanja Ribič, Branko Đjurić, Vlado Kreslin, Lidija Kodrič, Zoran Predin, Tokac, Jure Ivanušič, Bilbi, Ana Bezjak, Vesna Zornik, Mirjana Šajinović, Sebastijan Duh, Pliš, Aphra Tesla, Young Singers GBS AMS, A-Kamela, Igor Bezget, Tadej Kampl, Grega Kozar, Matej Horvat, Branimir Vulić, Nikola Nikolić, Zoran Furtula, Dževad Bečić, Dejan Berden, Miloš Radovanović, Saša Jovičić, Anamaria Radanovič, Abraham Quinones… The script for the event was written by Dušan Šarotar and directed by Svetlana Dramlić.
