The medical chamber music group Pro medico has a tradition of almost forty years. They performed for the first time at the Medical Concert at the end of the Plečnik Memorial at the National Gallery in Ljubljana, and since then they have been organizing solo concerts in June every year for decades. Pro Medico plays in various chamber ensembles – as a piano quartet, piano trio, and often as a duo. Founder of the ensemble Pro medico, prof. dr. Pavle Kornhauser, received an award from the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Cultural Activities for his achievements in the field of culture in 2004.
