Aupa Quartet is an evolution of the traditional string quartet proposing innovations in repertoire, the sound of the band or in bowing techniques.

Staying true to its origins in classical music, its members explore different styles such as Funk, Rock or Latin through their ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS. Personal music full of rhythm and spontaneity where, at times, shine improvised solos reminding of Jazz.

The show “Step UP” represents a leap forward in the trajectory of Aupa Quartet. A brief history from the artists who have influenced the quartet to find their personal sound, repersed in the compositions of their first album “UP”.
