Comprising top musicians from Slovenia and abroad, the orchestra regularly appears at leading international festivals. Its repertoire ranges from the core orchestral works of the 18th and 19th centuries to contemporary compositions and early music, showcasing remarkable versatility. Its artistic growth has been shaped by distinguished Slovenian principal conductors such as Samo Hubad, Uroš Lajovic, and Marko Letonja, as well as renowned guest conductors and soloists of international acclaim.
