In an age when the pace of modern life often distances us from genuine emotion, Fanfare Romantique offers a musical celebration of feeling. The new album is, in essence, an ode to romance – compositions imbued with the classical and traditional charm of 1930s and 1940s music tell stories of passion, diverse emotions, and love.

Swingatan performs exclusively original music, distinguished by the freshness of its arrangements and the sophistication of its compositional craft. On the new album, each piece bears its own artistic signature, with every member of the ensemble contributing to the creative process. While rooted in gypsy jazz and swing, the group has cultivated a distinctive and original sound coloured by the nuances of “Slavic swing,” where rhythmic vitality intertwines with lyrical melodicism.

Following the albums Swingin’ Heaven (2019) and Swingatan Live (2021), the group now presents itself in a more romantic guise and with a revamped, even more harmonious quintet.
