The chequered history of master instrumentalists Bojan Cvetrežnik and Barja Drnovšek counts many ensembles and projects including the notable Slovenian band Terrafolk (BBC World Music Award). The two classically trained violinists are well acquainted with, profoundly interested in, and always learning about various folk tunes. They perform original compositions, arrangements for violins, or simply music “without additives”. Instead of studio production they focus on breathtaking or intimate live performances. This world is filled with great music, which makes it difficult to choose one single musical genre, instead, we can take the time to simply experience beautiful moments of beautiful unpredictable moments of live performances.
