SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE 2025 SUMMER FESTIVAL SEASON

We are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the 2025 summer concert season, which enriched 47 venues across Slovenia and beyond (Italy, Croatia) with unforgettable musical experiences. Your presence, the strong media support, and the remarkable response have once again confirmed the vital role that the Imago Sloveniae project plays in bringing high-quality culture to a wider audience.
We are proud to have hosted 883 outstanding musicians from 26 countries, including 468 Slovenian artists, in a total of 78 concerts. We are particularly pleased that our program this year featured 55 works by Slovenian composers.
In addition, we organized three international masterclasses in piano, improvisation, and composition; presented a number of high-profile events in Slovenia and abroad as part of the official program of the European Capital of Culture GO!2025; and hosted the International Musicological Symposium “Romani and Sinti Musicians Between State, Market, and Society.”
Accessible concerts by world-class musicians have enriched the national summer cultural offering and contributed to making top-level art more widely available.
Within our international festivals and concert cycles Imago Sloveniae, Summer in Old Ljubljana, Young Talents, Jazz Stage, and Nights in Old Ljubljana Town, we achieved:
